Bug Free Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service
1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Bug Free Pest Control Equipment Trading CO LLC, a registered entity based in Dubai, UAE.

"Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing or subscribing to services and/or products from the Company.

"Packages" refer to the service bundles offered by the Company, specifically the Gold Package and Platinum Package, detailed below.
-
"Products" refer to the misting and cooling systems provided, including Eco Mist (1, 2, and 3 models) and CoolMe (2, 4, and 6 models).
2. Packages Offered
a) Gold Package – Eco Mist 2, Eco Mist 3, CoolMe 2, CoolMe 4, and CoolMe 6

Upfront payment required for installation.

Features:
-
Installation of the selected misting or cooling system (Eco Mist or CoolMe).
-
Lifetime warranty on the central unit (Eco Mist or CoolMe), covering manufacturing defects and general wear and tear.
-
Warranty does not cover:
-
Damage caused by third parties, e.g., gardeners cutting cables or damaging nozzles.
-
Breakages caused by misuse, accidents, or mishandling by the Customer.
-
Any tampering with the central unit by the Customer.
-
Regular 45-day maintenance checks.
-
Monthly supply of misting or cooling fluid (if applicable).
-
24/7 customer support.
-
Free reinstallation at a new location (provided the number of nozzles remains the same or fewer).

CoolMe 2 (Cooling System)

CoolMe 6 (Cooling System)
b) Platinum Package
-
Monthly finance plan covering installation and maintenance over 24 months.

Features (same as Gold Package) plus:

No upfront installation cost — costs spread across the 24-month subscription.

Automatic conversion to the Gold Package after the 24-month term unless the Customer provides 30 days' notice.

Early cancellation:
-
If the Customer terminates before completing 24 months, the Company reserves the right to remove the installed equipment.
c) Eco Mist 1 Systems
-
Lifetime warranty on Eco Mist 1 central unit.
-
Same warranty conditions and exclusions apply as detailed above.
3. Payment Terms
-
Monthly automatic billing for subscription services.
-
Gold Package: Full upfront payment required before installation.
-
Accepted methods: cash, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cheque (in exceptional cases), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin).

All payments must be made in advance. Late payment may suspend services.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Platinum Package:
-
Minimum 24-month commitment.
-
Auto-renews into Gold Package unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
-
Early termination authorizes the Company to reclaim installed equipment.
-
Gold Package:
-
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
-
No refunds for equipment once installed.
-
Performance dissatisfaction refund available within 3 months of installation, after attempted improvements.
5. Warranty and Exclusions

Warranty Coverage:
-
Lifetime warranty on Eco Mist and CoolMe central units for defects and normal wear and tear.
-
Warranty Exclusions:
-
Any damage caused by Customer negligence, third parties (e.g., gardeners cutting cables), misuse, or accidents.
-
Breakages to cables, fittings, nozzles, or hoses caused by external factors.
-
Unauthorized tampering, repairs, or modifications.
-
Use of unapproved misting or cooling liquids voids warranty.
-
Liability:
-
Company not liable for damage to gardens, furniture, or other property during misting or cooling.
-
While products are eco-friendly, the Company is not liable for any personal or property damages.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
-
All customer data is stored securely under UAE data protection laws.
-
No data sharing without customer consent, unless legally required.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
-
Initial complaints must be directed to the Company’s customer service team.
-
Disputes unresolved internally may be escalated to Dubai Economic Department (DED).
-
Disputes governed by DIFC laws and English law jurisdiction.
8. Modifications to Terms
-
Changes to Terms will be communicated via email.
-
Continued service usage constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
9. Customer Eligibility
-
Customers must be aged 21 or over.
-
Must provide proof of property (EJARI or Title Deed) for installation eligibility.
10. Governing Law
-
Terms governed by UAE law.
11. Limitation of Liability
-
Maximum liability capped at the contract value.
-
No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Severability
-
Invalid or unenforceable provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
13. Force Majeure
-
Company not liable for delays or failures due to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or regulatory changes.
